1. ORDER PREPARATION
The terms of preparation of the order will be between 1 and 3 working days (from Monday to Friday, except holidays).
2. SHIPPING AND HOME DELIVERY SERVICE
Delivery times will vary between 1 and 10 days depending on the product and the area or country of delivery. They are calculated on business days (Monday to Friday, except holidays) and will start counting from the time the shipment is picked up by the carrier. Nympha Design ® declines any responsibility for transport delays beyond its control.
When the customer wants the merchandise to be delivered later than the scheduled date, he must indicate it at the time of placing the order, in order to delay his departure. If the order is already in transit, it will not be possible to cancel the shipment. In that case, the transport agency will try to make the delivery; and if it is not possible, you can choose to make successive attempts or try to locate the recipient by telephone. When the time comes and without having been successful in the delivery, it will keep the order in the office closest to the Client, so that it can be picked up by him or by an authorized person, for a variable period of days depending on the agency, at which time it will return to the origin, with the customer being required to pay the amounts that said return may entail. In the event that the Client requests that the order be sent again, he will have to bear the cost of the new shipment. In the event that the Client refuses this second shipment, Nympha Design ® will treat it as a voluntary return of the merchandise, and will reimburse the amounts to the Client, deducting from these any collection that the transport agency may require for return. Failure to comply with delivery times will not be considered such, if it has been delayed by the Client’s own will or if it has not been possible to locate him through the data provided by him. Nympha Design ®, whenever possible and unless expressly opposed by the Client, will indicate the carrier’s telephone number, in order to facilitate delivery in the event of the latter’s absence.
Scope of delivery
Nympha Design ® works with a wide network of carriers, so its products are delivered all over the world, indicating the corresponding rate in the online store itself, before confirming the order.
In the event that the website does not indicate to the Client any transport available for their postal address, the Client must contact Nympha Design ® BEFORE making the purchase, to study if the shipment is possible and to send them the rate for it.
3. RECEIPT OF THE PACKAGE
Upon receipt of the package, the Client must check the external state of the package and indicate on the carrier’s delivery note any anomaly or blow that he sees. If it is not possible to check the interior in front of the carrier, you should write next to the carrier’s signature (or ask the carrier to do so) the indication “pending to review”. In any case, regardless of the external state, we recommend that the Client take photographs before opening the package, and even a video while opening it, so that any claim against the carrier’s insurance can be quickly managed. Any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the package.
Any claim related to transport that reaches us after the first 24 hours after receipt of the package will not be accepted.
Customs
Some geographic areas may be subject to customs surcharges that are not included in the shipping price. These surcharges are beyond our control and will be borne by the CUSTOMER, who will have to pay them so that the carrier can deliver the package.
4. RETURNS
In accordance with the provisions of Spanish Law, the customer has 14 business days to communicate the voluntary return (without having to state cause for it) of a product purchased through the Nympha Design ® online store counted from the day of receipt of the order.
The product must be sent with all its original packaging, or equivalent, properly protected. Any product that does not meet this condition or that has been damaged for reasons not attributable to transport, cannot be returned nor will it be possible to pay the Customer the amount paid by him. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at admin@nymphadesign.com If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Inspect your order upon receipt as indicated in section 3. RECEIPT OF THE PACKAGE and contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the package if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem. and correct it.
Changes
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund as well.
In voluntary returns, the customer must bear the transportation costs. Once the product has been received and examined in our facilities, and its optimal condition is verified, the amount paid will be refunded.
If for our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not required to pay the shipping fee for this reason.
Returns will not be accepted outside the period mentioned above.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
In the event that the products have been made expressly for the Client, following their instructions (special order), no exchange or refund will be accepted.
